Check-in commences at 4:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am. Due to the volume of business at the Hotel, and the time it takes for refreshing and maintaining a room, no exceptions can be granted.

This FREE full colour program is of standard magazine size and will be given to each attendee as well as distributed throughout the Edmonton area. The program will also be mailed to exhibitors who wish to distribute it to their customers for free of charge.

| Though the Summit Sports Collectibles Show website does consistently well throughout the year, the months leading up to the show is of course the busiest traffic period. During this time, thesummitshow.com received 16,102 visitors of which 14,399 were unique. Users spent an average time of just under 8 minutes on the website. These numbers will only increase in 2012. |

Promotional Bag Inserts
Summit Promo Bags (or what many call 'swag' bags are given to each attendee entering the show. These 10,000, 15" x 11" biodegradable bags will contain the Summit Show Program and other sports collectible publications. Increase your sales during the show by having your ad material inserted into each bag. Coupon's are allowed! The cost to include your material is: $50.00.
